India is home to over 650 million women, yet the challenges they face remain staggering. Only 24% participate in the workforce, and less than 18% hold leadership positions. In politics, just 1 in 8 MPs is a woman, and in the corporate world, only 1 in 20 CEOs.
These numbers don’t just tell a story of inequality—they highlight untapped potential.
That’s why we started Because She Can: to equip women with the tools, opportunities, and confidence they need to lead, thrive, and create a stronger, more inclusive India.
