We strive to provide a holistic platform for skills enhancement, mentorship, and overall development, empowering women from economically weaker sections of the society to confidently carve their paths towards success.
The Delhi NCR witnesses a female workforce comprising approximately 10% of the total working population; numerous barriers inhibit women’s participation in the workforce, stemming from societal norms and familial constraints.
Many girls discontinue education or limit their schooling to the secondary level due to household responsibilities, or because of financial constraints lacking the opportunity to pursue employment.
